Cancellation Policy
Appointment confirmations are sent via email 3 days and 1 day before your scheduled time (if no email is on file you will receive a phone reminder one day in advance). If you have a scheduling conflict, we ask that you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice.
For spa packages and group bookings we request 72 hours cancellation notice. A 50% deposit is required and will be refunded if cancellation is given at least 72 hours in advance.
Clients who frequently cancel last minute or "no show" appointments may be asked to prepay for future services.
Due to scheduling commitments to other clients and our staff's personal schedules we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late. We will do our best to accommodate your service, however due to time constraints it may be necessary to reduce the service. If service must be reduced you may be charged for the original service booked.
No-Dating Policy
The HairM team has a no-dating policy. Please respect our staff and refrain from inappropriate conversation or touching.
Alcohol
Complimentary beverages are available for our client's enjoyment. For liability reasons, only two drinks per person will be offered. Alcohol will not be offered before massage or waxing services for health and safety reasons.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are valued at the purchased price and do not expire (promotional gift cards expire one year from issue date). Gift Cards may be transferred but are not refundable. Note that prices are subject to change and a Gift Card is worth the value paid for it. If a service price increases after the Gift Card is purchased additional charges will apply.
