Appointment confirmations are sent via email 3 days and 1 day before your scheduled time (if no email is on file you will receive a phone reminder one day in advance). If you have a scheduling conflict, we ask that you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice. If less than 3 hours notice is given for a hair appointment cancellation, we will request a credit card be placed on file in order to reserve future appointments. Future no-shows or cancellations less than three hours will be charged 50% of the service amount.
We request 72 hours cancellation notice for all spa services and packages (massage, face treatments, waxing and nail detailing). A credit card is required to reserve spa appointments greater than $25, unless a gift card is on file. In the event that cancellation is not given at least 24 hours in advance, your card will be charged 50% of the service amount. If a gift card is on file, the deposit will be deducted from the balance.
We welcome group bookings and look forward to helping you with your event. At least 6 weeks advanced booking is suggested for parties of 3 or more. We request a minimum of 72 hours cancellation notice. A 50% deposit is required for all group bookings. Deposits will be refunded if cancellation is given at least 48 hours (excluding Sunday) in advance. Deposit will not be refunded for notice less than 48 hours. NOTE: This applies to all appointments in the group booking. For example, if you decide to only have haircuts and not shaves and do not cancel those services, you will be charged the 50% deposit if you do not give 48 hour notice. If anyone in your party does not show up, you will be responsible for 50% of their service amount.
Due to scheduling commitments to other clients and our staff's personal schedules we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late. We will do our best to accommodate your service, however due to time constraints and our obligation to other clients, it may be necessary to reduce the service. If service must be reduced you may be charged for the original service booked.
The HairM team has a no-dating policy. Please respect our staff and refrain from inappropriate conversation or touching.
Complimentary beverages are available for our client's enjoyment. For liability reasons, only two drinks per person will be offered. Alcohol will not be offered before a waxing service.
Gift Cards are valued at the purchased price and do not expire (promotional gift cards expire one year from issue date). Gift Cards may be transferred but are not refundable. Note that prices are subject to change and a Gift Card is worth the value paid for it. If a service price increases after the Gift Card is purchased additional charges will apply.
