In response to a new client follow up letter..."I wanted to get back to you about my experience at HairM, it was incredible! I usually would not take the time to respond, but in this case I have to. A little background on me, I come from Los Angeles so I am used to paying upwards of $80 for a mediocre cut and not nearly as catered of an experience. Since being in Oregon I have not found a place that provides a good cut and complete satisifaction upon leaving...until I came to HairM. Not only did HairM go above and beyond my expectations, but your prices are incredibly reasonable, everyone was friendly (from hostess to the stylist)!! Not to mention the overall atmosphere; personal TV's, beer/wine, and great people! Definitely a great place for a man who cares about his appearance! Also, and this should be testament to the quality of cut/entire establishment, I live in West Linn, so coming to Portland is not necessarily "close". However, I went out on a limb and drove to Portland strictly for my first cut at HairM this last Monday and I can tell you that making the drive (and it will be) is worth the experience/cut I end up with!!!."
