You can now use our app and check-in and out without visiting the front desk!
Here's how to get set up:
  1. Download our app available for Apple and Android.
  2. Log into the app using the email on file, or if you are a new client create a new account
  3. Select the APPOINTMENT button on the app and then click the GO button at top right corner
  4. Follow the steps which will include enabling permission for locations and setting up a credit card for Auto Pay OR you can choose to Self Pay and pay using your phone after each service with either a credit card on file, membership or enter a card number is you do not wish to keep one on file.
  5. Using the Auto Pay feature you will set up a standard tip % that will be automatically applied allowing you simply walk out at the end of your service.

That's it! You are now able to walk in and be checked in automatically. Your service provider will be notified of your arrival.
When your service is completed your service provider can add product to your ticket and any other services you may choose to add. 
You can then just walk out if Auto Pay was selected and your card will automatically be charged and a receipt emailed (you can add additional gratuity from link in email if you wish) or if you chose to Self Pay you simply open the app, add any gratuity you wish to leave, payment method and close out the transaction on your phone!
Don't forget to rebook your next appointment easily on the app using the book last appointment feature. Rebook within 3 hours to be sure to collect 1,000 reward points!
