Cancelation Policy
Cancelations and rescheduling with less than 3 hours notice for hair services and 24 hours for spa services may result in a 50% charge. You can manage your appointments online up to 24 hours before the service time!

You will receive a text and email confirming your appointment has been booked. If you don't receive this your booking may not have been completed. Please check your online profile where you can see upcoming (and past) appointments.
You will receive a text and email confirmation 3 days before your appointment. Please confirm or you can expect a phone call as well. You will also receive a text and email reminder 24 hours before your appointment. We request 3 hours notice for hair services and 24 hours notice for spa treatments. Late cancelations and no shows may result in a 50% charge.
